How does your monthly product photography subscription work?

Each month:

1. You send your products to my NZ address, and any ingredients and small props I may use.

2. I handle the creative direction, styling, shooting and editing.

3. You receive 10 edited visuals delivered via a private online gallery.

It's designed to help you build a cohesive content library over time, rather than scrambling for visuals every month.

What’s included each month?

Each month you receive:

• 10 edited visuals (a mix of professional product photography and simple short-form video content such as UGC-style clips or stop-motion, or even some slow-motion footage)

• Creative direction and styling all handled for you

• Private online gallery with Instagram-ready and web-sized files

• Delivery throughout the following month once payment and products are received

• 1 collaborative Instagram post via @picturedbylucie (optional to accept)

Optional:

• You may send props or ingredients to align with upcoming campaigns

• Potential brand crossovers or giveaway collaborations when planned in advance

 

How many products do I need to send?

A minimum of 5 products per month is required. You provide multiple units per flavour or variation, as products are opened and used during content creation. This also ensure we have the best-looking product for hero shots.

If you have oversized products or would like fewer items photographed, please enquire beforehand so we can confirm suitability.

 

What condition should products be in?

To ensure high-quality product photography:

• Send your best-looking packaging only

• Avoid crooked, scratched, torn or imperfect labels

• Exclude crop marks or stained packaging

Products must arrive in suitable condition for professional photography.

 

Are products returned after the shoot?

Products are generally not returned. If you are sending high-value non-perishable items and require return, this must be agreed in writing before the subscription begins. Any associated delivery or pickup costs are the client’s responsibility.

When will I receive my content?

Content is delivered progressively throughout the following month after:

• Monthly payment has been received

• Products have arrived to my NZ address

This allows time for thoughtful creative direction, styling and editing.

 

Are revisions included?

Revisions are not included in this subscription model. Creative direction, styling and final edits remain at the photographer’s discretion to maintain consistency and quality.

If you require additional retouching, advanced post-production or specific shot lists, you can enquire and a custom quote will be provided.

You may also upgrade in a given month for an additional $300 to receive all best visuals from the shoot (typically around 30 pictures, removing duplicates and below-average shots).

 

What usage rights are included?

• You receive non-exclusive commercial usage rights for digital marketing across social media, websites, newsletters and online advertising.

• Copyright always remains with the Photographer.

• Images may not be altered with additional filters or edits.

• Images may not be sold or transferred to third parties.

• The photographer may use the imagery for portfolio and promotional purposes.

• Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files once delivered.

Pictured by Lucie is based in Hamilton, New Zealand and works with brands in the Waikato, nationwide and abroad. Products can be dropped off or couriered for these remote shoots, making this product photography subscription accessible to businesses across the globe.
